Once you have signed up for a unit(s), you will be given an electronic pass key ($50 deposit required, refunded at the end of rental).

This card will allow you 24/7, 365 days a year access to enter and leave as you please.

Access is through a wide electronic gate and onto a wide access road which leads around the units and exists through the second electronic gate. Therefore manoeuvring trailers is not necessary as you can drive straight through and out. You are able to park right outside your unit so unloading/loading is easy.

Storage744 units are perfect for storing a 2/3 bedroom house contents, a vehicle, building equipment or documents.

You can then access your unit as often as you like.

We don’t require a deposit for the unit, we just require one weeks rental in advance and weekly payments there-after. This enables you to store by the week, month or year and only need to give one week of notice when vacating.

Our units are insurance approved; however we do encourage you to obtain your own insurance for peace of mind.
